Talks for the people who have to sign off on AI.

Boards, chief information and security officers, regulators, national AI programme offices, and the engineers who build what they sign off on. Every talk starts from a deployment that is running, names the practice I am against, and ends on a line you can take back to your own meeting. No product slides.

The Sovereignty Test: sovereign AI is a control question, not a location question

A bank stored every byte in Frankfurt and still failed. Sovereign AI is sold as a place; the deployments that work treat it as four questions of control: legal, operational, technical and strategic. The talk walks the test, scores two real national-scale deployments live, names sovereignty washing for what it is, and leaves the room with six statements and a number out of 30.

15-minute fireside · 25-minute keynote · 60-minute workshop with the self-assessment

Enterprise and partner audiences

Beyond the pilot: production AI in a regulated enterprise is an access problem, not a model problem

The GPUs are bought and the models are served, and very little is in production. The gap is not the model. It is access: to the data an agent is allowed to see and nothing else, to the person who owns the business problem, to a human who approves the step that matters, and to evidence a regulator can read. Field notes from telecommunications, banking and government.

Reading our own lock file: what open source actually buys you in a sovereign stack

You cannot own a platform you cannot read. The builder's version of the argument: open weights, open orchestration and an open gateway as control properties rather than licensing preferences, with the lock file as the honest record of what you depend on and who can change it under you.
